  • Partner with internal conversion teams and client stakeholders to align loan servicing processes, business rules, and operational requirements.
  • Configure and validate loan-related parameters within Cleartouch to support accurate conversion outcomes and servicing readiness.
  • Train clients on loan operations workflows, back-office servicing processes, and day-to-day use of the Cleartouch platform.
  • Support onsite implementation and go-live activities, including weekend work when required to complete balancing and operational transition tasks.
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, to analyze data, compare outputs, and document findings.
  • Experience leading client meetings, explaining conversion results, and supporting implementation activities in onsite or remote environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience working with core banking platforms or loan servicing systems.
