Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs, risks, and treatment options, ensuring each assessment is tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Develop and implement actionable and evidence-based treatment plans that are aligned with best practices in solution-focused therapy.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques that are specifically designed to engage patients, such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing.
  • Document clinical progress in a compliant and timely manner using our electronic health record (EHR) system, enabling seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers, to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care and drive positive patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.
  • Stay engaged with current research and professional development opportunities to continually enhance your clinical practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
