Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized and compassionate mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat.
• Apply solution-focused therapeutic modalities to address clients’ specific mental health needs.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that consider each client’s background and goals.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions, experiences, and relationships to foster self-awareness and growth.
• Monitor client progress regularly to adjust treatment strategies and develop effective coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist at Strategic Resources Mental Healthcare, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a spectrum of mental health concerns. Our focus is on delivering compassionate care to individuals seeking to enhance their emotional well-being and life satisfaction. By leveraging your expertise, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward healthier coping strategies and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold one of the following licenses, allowing for independent practice:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions should be present.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, showing empathy, and a commitment to client wellness.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with telehealth tools and platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a mental health counselor in a remote setting is highly valued.
• Experience with diverse client populations and a variety of treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
