Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of adult and adolescent clients to evaluate their mental health needs and diagnoses.
• Engage in therapeutic interventions and provide individual and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Document clinical information and maintain organized, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and mental health specialists, to create holistic treatment plans for each patient.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment approaches as necessary to support their journey toward mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our practice is on adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. Qualifications

• A current California mental health license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in telehealth settings is preferred, ideally with knowledge of the platforms and technologies involved in remote counseling.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams collaborating to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
