Work Environment

As a remote team member, you'll enjoy a flexible work setting that promotes a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, following our established protocols to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Diagnose psychological conditions and develop tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support each client’s journey toward recovery.
  • Deliver engaging telehealth therapy sessions using secure video and phone platforms, maintaining the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate actively within a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and team meetings to enhance client care and positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, fostering a community of support among clients and encouraging peer engagement.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health treatment and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse population of adults and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your ability to establish trust and build therapeutic relationships will be essential in fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and to engage in meaningful change.

Qualifications
  • Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in California.
  • Completion of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to foster meaningful connections with clients and empower them through their healing journey.
  • A detail-oriented approach to session management and clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of hands-on experience providing therapy in a clinical or communitymental health setting.
  • Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy delivery, demonstrating proficiency in adapting therapeutic techniques for a virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with integrated treatment models and a multidisciplinary care approach, enhancing collaborative efforts to support client well-being.
Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
