Job description

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (OA) in the CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE-EAST of MARINE CORPS BASE.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Reviewing requirements and processing personnel actions in accordance with regulations; facilitating new employee onboarding/hiring process; entering and retrieving data utilizing human resources information systems; supporting the position classification process in making minor edits to position descriptions and/or performing electronic recordkeeping of staffing/classification documents.
This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
