The Tow Truck Operator is responsible for recovering and transporting vehicles of all types, including passenger cars, trucks, buses, and motorcycles, across rural, suburban, and urban areas. Operating primarily as a solo operator in coordination with a dispatcher, this role requires strong customer service, safety compliance, and mechanical knowledge to perform roadside assistance, vehicle securing, and equipment operation efficiently. The position often involves shift work, flexible scheduling, and on-call duties, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage incidents and ensure timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Recover and transport vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Operate towing and recovery equipment in various conditions
