What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

An Operator Two typically does not earn $10,000 a month without specialized skills or experience. High-paying roles that can reach this level without a degree often include skilled trades such as commercial truck driving, certain construction or industrial equipment operation, or sales positions in specific industries, which may require certifications or on-the-job training. These roles often involve physical work, technical knowledge, or sales expertise rather than formal academic credentials.

Attention to detail, reliability, and effective teamwork are standout soft skills in this role. These skills and qualifications are crucial to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations in industrial or production environments.

Are you taxed more if you work two jobs?

Operator Two, like most workers, is subject to federal and state income taxes based on total earnings from both jobs. Working two jobs can increase your overall income, potentially pushing you into a higher tax bracket, which may result in higher taxes overall. However, each job's withholding is calculated separately, so the total tax depends on combined income and applicable deductions.

Position Summary
Operator 2 is a skilled equipment operator responsible for safely and efficiently operating dredging systems, excavators, and other heavy machinery in support of daily production and project goals. This mid-level role builds on foundational operational experience and requires strong mechanical aptitude, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in dynamic field environments.
While dredging experience is highly valued, the industry involves specialized equipment, systems, and operating conditions that require continuous learning and adaptability. Success in this role depends on a strong commitment to safety, operational efficiency, teamwork, and ongoing skill development. The work is physically demanding, requiring lifting up to 75 lbs, extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, and occasional work at heights or in confined spaces. Employees are regularly exposed to dust, noise, vibration, and diesel exhaust, and must follow all safety policies, MSHA regulations, and PPE requirements.
