Job description

SpringSeal, Inc. is looking for experienced Profile Extrusion Operators to join our team. Presently we have openings on our 2nd and 3rd Shifts.

The Operator will be responsible for the set up and opertion of the full extrusion line. The types of Extrusion equipent include Welex, NRM, Davis Standard, and American Kuhne.

The sizes of dies we work with range from 2" to 4.5" in diameter.

The Operator will also be responsible for the set up and operation of downstream equipment as well. This includes pullers, cutters, winders, printers and welders. The types of downstream equipment utilized include Vulcan, Goodman, CDS and RDN among others.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of Profile Extrusion Experience.
  • Must be able to read Calipers, Micrometers, Simple Prints, and be able to follow instructions.
  • The operator must have their own tools for the job.
