  • 1st Shift: $19.00/hour 2nd Shift: $20.50/hour 3rd Shift: $21.00/hour

****We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for this role. Payout schedule listed below.

· $500 after 90 days of successful service

· $1,000 after 6 months of successful service

· $1,500 after 1 year of successful service

About the RoleAs an Operator, you'll play a critical role in the first phase of our manufacturing process by accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials to create high-quality products. Working alongside a three-person production team, you'll help ensure every batch meets quality standards while keeping production running safely and efficiently to meet customer demand.What You'll Do
  • Read and interpret production orders to determine materials, quantities, and batch requirements.
  • Gather, organize, weigh, and measure raw materials according to product specifications.
  • Prepare and operate the mixing equipment while monitoring temperatures and process conditions.
  • Enter production data into the computer accurately throughout the mixing process.
  • Inspect materials and verify they meet quality specifications after and during production.
  • Monitor batch temperatures and make sure products remain within established quality parameters.
  • Collect product samples for laboratory testing and follow instructions for any required adjustments.
  • Transfer approved batches to the next phase of production and coordinate with the Extruder Operator to maintain production flow.
  • Thoroughly clean and inspect equipment between batches to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Consistently meet production, quality, and safety expectations.
