Warehouse Forklift Operator – $20.00/HR – Donora, PA


RETAL PA, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials within the warehouse. This position plays a key role in supporting our supply chain operations by ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining safety, organization, and accuracy.


Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: Day or Night Shift
Schedule: Full-Time – Four 10-hour shifts/week (rotating schedule, every other weekend off)


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, stack, and move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Safely stack materials up to 6 pallets high
  • Load and receive materials from trailers
  • Perform inventory-related tasks including cycle counts and physical inventory
  • Complete shipping and loading documentation according to company procedures
  • Utilize the plant Warehouse Management System (WMS) / ERP system
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
  • Report safety concerns or issues to supervisors promptly
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all GMP, SOP, and company policies
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience required
  • Experience operating a sit-down forklift required
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or food warehouse environments strongly preferred

  • Ability to sit, stand, squat, bend, and lift as required for the position
