What are some typical challenges faced by an Operator In Training, and how can they be successfully overcome?

As an Operator In Training, one common challenge is adapting to the fast-paced environment and learning to operate complex machinery or systems safely and efficiently. New operators often need to quickly absorb technical information, follow strict safety protocols, and develop troubleshooting skills while working under supervision.
