What you'll do:
  • Crane Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of cranes, including tower cranes, mobile cranes, and crawler cranes, as per project requirements.
  • Load Management: Properly inspect and secure loads before lifting to ensure stability and prevent accidents or damage to materials and equipment.
  • Site Setup: Assist in setting up the crane, including leveling and securing it, and ensuring its stability and safety.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the construction team, supervisors, and signal persons to ensure safe and accurate crane movements.
  • Safety Compliance: Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the crane and associated equipment, identifying and reporting any faults or issues for timely repairs and maintenance.
