About the Role:

As a Helper you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks, including but not limited to, loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating heavy machinery. Your work will directly impact the success of our projects and contribute to the growth of our company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
  • Experience operating heavy machinery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction or related field
  • Certification in heavy machinery operation
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Responsibilities:
