1. Assists with industrial coatings tasks such as surface preparation, mixing, and application in operational industrial settings.
2. Proficient in operating power and hand tools for surface preparation to ensure safety and effectiveness.

May assist in handling and mixing industrial coatings, utilizing a half face respirator for protection.
4. Operates, cleans, and maintains painting equipment, including sprayers, pumps, and pressure washers, to ensure safe and efficient usage.
5. Safely handles, stores, and labels all materials to prevent accidents and maintain organization.

Coatings work involves ground-level and elevated areas, requiring fall protection equipment and access scaffolding for safety. All coatings personnel must be capable of working at heights.
7. Painter helpers are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas and the tools and equipment used in painting, making sure they are free from paint stains and debris.
