Mount Joy Property Solutions is looking for a proactive, high-level Operations Manager who takes ownership, moves with purpose, and holds themselves to an exceptional standard. We're looking for someone who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and follows through until the job is truly done.
As Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping a growing residential, commercial, and home services company running at a high level. You'll bring structure to daily operations, coordinate people and priorities, strengthen systems, solve problems before they grow, and help build the operational foundation needed for continued growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $60,000-$70,000 annual salary (based on experience)
  • Insurance stipend
  • Company vehicle
  • 2 weeks paid vacation after successful 6-month review
  • Growth and advancement opportunities
  • Full-time, in-office position

Responsibilities
Own daily operations: Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and priorities across a high-volume, service business
Create structure and accountability: Keep systems, SOPs, documentation, workflows, and follow-ups organized so nothing important falls through the cracks
Solve problems proactively: Identify operational gaps, scheduling conflicts, resource issues, and inefficiencies and resolve them before they become larger problems
Lead communication and team support: Serve as a key link between leadership, office staff, field teams, vendors, and clients while supporting recruiting, onboarding, and team coordination
Improve and scale operations: Monitor performance, conduct quality checks, manage resources, and continuously develop better systems to support growth
Qualifications
High-level operator: Proven experience in operations, office management or a similar role
Exceptionally organized: Naturally tracks tasks, deadlines, details, and follow-ups
Strong ownership and follow-through: Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks, and stays with an issue until it is fully resolved
Systems-minded and tech-savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, workflows, with a track record of creating systems others can easily follow
Service-business experience: Experience in cleaning, home services, property services, hospitality, restaurant operations, or another fast-paced service environment (preferred)
