Location: Godley, TX 76044
Hours: 8am- 5pm
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Compensation and Benefits: $25 per hour, plus overtime required, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Company summary:
A leading manufacturer of oilfield equipment and tools that supports the exploration, production, and operations of the global oil and gas industry is seeking an experienced Operations Tech to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our state-of-the-art oilfield equipment and tools. You will work closely with our production and operations teams to ensure the efficient and reliable performance of our equipment, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of oilfield equipment and tools
- Conduct inspections and testing to identify and address any issues or malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and productivity
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to equipment maintenance and repairs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or certification in a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar operations or maintenance role within the oilfield equipment industry
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment, as well as basic mechanical and electrical skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime and on-call duties
Working Conditions:
This position is based in our Godley, TX facility and may require occasional travel to client sites. The work environment can be physically demanding, with exposure to noise, vibrations, and various weather conditions. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.
Compensation and Benefits:
$25 per hour, plus overtime required, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
