TITLE: ERP Support Analyst

REPORTS TO: Director of Information Technology

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

LOCATION: Raleigh, NC

SUMMARY: The ERP Support Analyst provides technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F+O), working closely with the business to ensure exceptional IT experiences. This role requires strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to resolve issues and collaborate with implementation partners, vendors, and users. Responsibilities include training, documentation, and system improvements, with occasional after-hours incident handling and maintenance.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide end-user support for D365 F+O and related apps, such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Azure DevOps
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to D365 F+O system functionality, configuration, integration, performance, and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 F+O modules, features, integrations, and customizations
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions or workarounds for reported incidents Coordinate with the IT team, developers, functional consultants, and implementation partners to escalate and resolve complex issues while ensuring timely and quality service delivery
  • Facilitate and support with system updates, patches, and new releases for D365 F+O and related apps, including testing and validation of enhancements
  • Document and update support processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles
  • Monitor and resolve system performance and availability issues within the D365 F+O platform while managing inbound helpdesk inquiries
  • Support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) platform including exception handling, modifications, and configuration

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Extensive knowledge of D365 F+O including financial modules (AP, AR, general ledger), warehouse management, sales and marketing
  • Hands-on experience in D365 F+O System Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft productivity applications, including Windows 11, Office 365 suite, SharePoint Online, Excel, Teams
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps to create business solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate using available resources Strong aptitude for working independently on projects and tasks within a small IT Team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with others in-person and virtually
  • Ability in managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks based on urgency, and multitasking efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Leverages strong interpersonal skills to empower and guide users towards becoming more proficient and self-sufficient with technology


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s in Information Technology or related technical degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience supporting Microsoft D365 F+O
