Salary Range: $62,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

We're looking for an Operations Support Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to keep apartment communities running smoothly. This mobile, hands-on role supports onsite teams across an assigned region by providing operational, leasing, administrative, compliance, and financial support wherever it is needed most.

  • Provide hands‑on operational, leasing, and administrative support to apartment communities.
  • Assist with staffing gaps, lease‑ups, resident relations, rent collection, audits, and special projects.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and operational standards.
  • Partner with onsite teams and regional leadership to improve occupancy, retention, and overall community performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of apartment property management experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently and support multiple communities as needed.
  • A willingness to travel between communities throughout the assigned region.
