Job description

Aspen Contracting is seeking fast-paced, communication-savvy Operations Support Coordinators to keep our roofing projects running smoothly. You'll be the right hand to our Production Managers-handling calls, emails, schedules, and tracking details with confidence and precision
Location: Lee's Summit, MO (Onsite)
Available Full-Time Schedules:
Weekend Production Support (FULLTIME) Friday-Sunday: 8 AM-5 PM 
2 weekdays off (flexible)

Day Shift (FULLTIME)
Monday-Friday: 8 AM-5 PM

Evening Shift (FULLTIME)
Monday-Friday: 1 PM-9 PM

Hourly Pay: $18-$20
Job Type: Full-time
  • Managing 50-75 calls and 100+ emails daily using your personal phone 
  • Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Aspen software to track progress and update spreadsheets
  • Coordinating material deliveries and crew schedules
  • Processing subcontractor payroll every two weeks
  • Updating project status reports and accounts receivable
  • Calm under pressure and clear communication, even when things move fast 
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and speaking with internal/external partners
  • Highly organized with strong Excel skills
  • Prior experience in admin support, logistics, or customer service is a plus
  • Weekly pay
  • Healthcare: Eligible the 1st of the month after 60 days of continuous employment 
  • 401(k): Eligible the 1st of the quarter after 1 year of employment
  • Profit Sharing: No waiting period; pro-rated for first-year employee
