Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Support Coordinator to enhance the quoting and proposal processes during peak enrollment and renewal periods. This role is an essential operational resource, managing inbound RFPs and quote requests through a dedicated Salesforce mailbox.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the quoting and proposal process through Salesforce case management.
  • Manage and validate incoming submissions, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
  • Conduct detailed audits of applications and supporting documents.
  • Perform data scrubbing and quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy.
  • Review medical risk and underwriting-related information.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry with 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in handling data and data entry.
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce.

Skills
  • Technical Skills: CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage data accurately.

Schedule/Shift
Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility to work from home on Friday.
