Position Summary:
Operations Support is a key operational and administrative role within radiology department, ensuring that diagnostic imaging services are requested, processed and delivered efficiently to our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry-related tasks, including responding to emails, updating, mailing, and storing.
  • Maintain data files accurately.
  • Compile, sort, verify, and correct data to be entered.
  • Review data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Update data in appropriate databases accurately and timely to avoid backlogging.
  • Establish data naming standards and consistent definitions to improve overall data quality.
  • Ensuring radiology orders and requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinating communication between clients, providers, imaging centers, and internal departments.
  • Monitoring pending cases and proactively resolving issues that may cause delays in scheduling or reporting.
Job Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong, effective communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others- both verbally and written.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
