As the Assistant Manager, you'll be a key leader in the store and our company. You'll help guide day-to-day operations, support and develop the team, and ensure every guest who walks through our doors feels the Jeff's Bagel Run warmth.
You will:

  • Lead shifts with confidence-setting the tone, maintaining energy, and keeping the team focused.
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing hospitality and operational standards.
  • Act as the primary support to the General Manager, helping implement goals and company initiatives.
  • Ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, food quality, and service are consistently met.
  • Assist with inventory, receiving, prep systems, and organization to keep the store running efficiently.
  • Step in to solve problems quickly and calmly in fast-paced moments.
  • Uphold company policies and ensure proper handling of cash, discounts, and daily procedures.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.
  • Jump in wherever needed-we are working managers and lead side-by-side with our teams.
