Job description

Position Summary:
As a Supervisor at Pool Centurion, you will lead and support a team of pool technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, safety compliance, and operational excellence. You will oversee daily operations, coach and mentor your team, and build strong client relationships to drive retention and growth. A commitment to superior customer service, team development, and operational efficiency is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the daily activities of pool technicians, ensuring productivity and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor team performance through in-person observations and performance tracking systems.
  • Manage technician schedules to achieve labor and service goals.
  • Ensure fleet management standards are followed, including vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
  • Coach, train, and mentor employees, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory completion of services.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to support retention and identify growth opportunities.
  • Enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years supervising others in a route-based pool service business.
  • Clear understanding of safety rules, operating principles, and pool maintenance requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, and performing manual labor as needed.
