Job description

About the Role

As a Pricing & Revenue Strategy Analyst, you'll dig into our data to uncover the trends and insights that shape how we price, package, and grow revenue. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role where you'll partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to turn data into strategic recommendations that directly influence company-wide financial outcomes. ย

You're strong with data - comfortable finding patterns, building models, and turning numbers into insight. But this isn't a heads-down analytics role: you'll partner cross-functionally to understand business objectives and help drive results through data-driven insights. As you grow into the role, you'll take increasing ownership of identifying opportunities and building the business case to bring to stakeholders.ย

What You'll Doย

  • Mine large, complex datasets (pricing, sales, product usage, market) to identify trends, patterns, and revenue opportunitiesย
  • Build and maintain models - such as price elasticity and discount/win-rate analysis - that translate data into actionable pricing recommendationsย
  • Design and maintain dashboards that make pricing and revenue performance visible and easy to act onย
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations to bring a data-driven perspective to pricing decisions and new product launchesย
  • Support competitive and market benchmarking to inform price strategiesย ย
  • Help design, test, and monitor new pricing constructs, measuring their impact on revenue and marginย
  • Support pricing operations and governance, including tracking discounts, exceptions, and deal-specific pricing requests in partnership with Salesย
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, tools, and data infrastructureย
  • As you build business and pricing fluency, take on increasing ownership of specific initiatives and present findings and recommendations directly to stakeholdersย

What You'll Bringย

  • 2-4 years of experience working with data to uncover trends and generate business insights (finance, consulting, analytics, business intelligence, research, or a related field)ย
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, data science, economics, mathematics, engineering, finance, or related)ย
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL, Python, R, or a data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI) is a plusย
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiencesย
  • Curiosity and comfort learning new business domains quicklyย
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsย
  • A self-starter mentality and the drive to grow into greater ownership of projects and initiatives over timeย

Preferred Qualificationsย

  • Exposure to pricing, revenue management, or monetization conceptsย
  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, or similar systemsย
  • Advanced Excel or financial modeling skillsย

Compensation and Benefitsย

The salary range for this position is $70,400 - $110,000 per year, which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.ย

Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible to participate in a company bonus or commission plan. All employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited paid time off, and participation in the company's 401(k) plan with employer contribution.ย
