Commitment: 20–25 hours per week

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support the Founder with day-to-day operations, scheduling, and coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to leadership, operations, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling
  • Organize internal communications and follow-ups across teams
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and team logistics
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and project progress
  • Prepare notes, summaries, and documentation from meetings
  • Support administrative and operational workflows
  • Help ensure accountability across team members and departments

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
