Job Description:
  • Consistently deliver superior, direct client service and account support in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment, ensuring absolute alignment with company standards and client-driven Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage and prioritize assigned process queues and complex inventory lines independently to meet strict operational deadlines and mitigate risk for premium property loan portfolios.
  • Own the execution of intricate research, data analysis, and investigation for complex property tax cases, leveraging internal departments, public agencies, and advanced third-party subscriptions.
  • Leverage deep process, system, and client knowledge to independently synthesize information from multiple sources, fill missing data gaps, and solve complex operational challenges.
  • Perform advanced reporting tasks, query and manipulate complex datasets, and process highly technical departmental documentation requiring comprehensive functional knowledge.
  • Apply advanced data findings to workflow applications, forms, and databases to actively streamline operational workflows and improve production efficiencies.
  • Maintain meticulously organized, accurate files and secure documentation of client interactions, tax research records, and historical service requests.
  • Actively contribute to organizational growth by engaging in additional projects, including continuous improvement initiatives, cross-training, and the peer mentorship of junior team members.

Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in client operations, mortgage servicing, property tax data production, or banking operations required.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing high-volume task inventories and meeting strict client-driven Service Level Agreements (SLAs) required.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a proven capacity to synthesize data from multiple public and private sources to solve operational problems independently required.
  • Technical proficiency in conducting research, manipulating datasets, and compiling complex reports inside database systems required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of providing clear, professional status updates during direct client interactions required.
  • Demonstrated adaptability when navigating changing workflows, client requirements, and operational priorities required.

Annual Pay Range:
