Job Description:Our client is seeking a Compliance & Risk Analyst to support technology audit, compliance, and operational risk initiatives within its technology organization. This individual will partner with technology, risk, and business teams to execute control reviews, support audit activities, assess operational risks, and ensure compliance with technology policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in technology audit, operational controls, and risk management within a financial services environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:• Triage and facilitate audit deliverables and client due diligence requests.• Support audit programs, technology controls, operational risk activities, and compliance initiatives.• Execute control reviews, including lookback analysis and termination authentication reviews.• Analyze data to identify risks, validate control effectiveness, and recommend improvements.• Manage work queues, requests, and workflow activities using ServiceNow.• Gather technology control evidence for internal and external audits.• Coordinate with technology and risk management teams to track, document, and remediate control gaps.• Monitor compliance with technology policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.• Participate in risk assessments and technology control testing.• Support implementation of new controls and governance processes as technologies and regulations evolve.• Prepare documentation and materials for audit reviews and stakeholder meetings.• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization's control environment.

Minimum Requirements:• 2–3 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, operational controls, or technology governance.• Experience supporting audit and control functions within a technology organization.• Knowledge of access management, change management, and operational controls.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify risks, and validate control effectiveness.• Experience using ServiceNow for queue, workflow, or request management.• Financial services industry experience.• Experience gathering audit evidence and supporting compliance initiatives.• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with Snowflake.• Experience with MyAccess or similar access governance tools.• Experience supporting regulatory audits.• Experience implementing technology controls or governance processes.• Exposure to technology risk management frameworks.• Experience working within enterprise technology organizations.
