About the Opportunity
TTG Talent Solutions is partnering with a global leader in the aerospace and aviation industry to identify an experienced Senior Quality Program Analyst. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in strategic, cross-functional environments and enjoy partnering with executive leadership to drive operational excellence and quality initiatives across a global organization.
This position plays a key role in supporting large-scale programs by coordinating strategic initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring projects remain aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with senior quality leadership to support strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and facilitate collaboration between Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business units.
  • Prepare executive presentations, meeting materials, status reports, and follow-up action plans.
  • Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and program deliverables while providing regular progress updates.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and process optimization.
  • Coordinate special projects, identify potential risks, and help drive timely resolution of action items.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while handling confidential business information with discretion.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Program Management, Quality, Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Project Coordination.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership or senior management in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, process improvement methodologies, Lean, and Six Sigma principles.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within the aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, industrial, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 10% as needed.
