Job Summary:
D3 is building the worldโ€™s first purpose-built blockchain for DomainFi, focusing on domain tokenization and DeFi primitives. They are seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate business operations, ensuring smooth communication and execution across teams in the US and APAC during a critical growth stage.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Serve as the central point of coordination across US and APAC teams, ensuring seamless communication and handoffs.
โ€ข Manage business operations processes including AP/AR tracking, FTE planning, and resourcing needs.
โ€ข Own project plans end-to-end โ€” timelines, risks, contingencies, follow-ups โ€” with clarity and accountability.
โ€ข Reduce meeting load by proactively aligning stakeholders, summarizing decisions, and circulating updates.
โ€ข Drive operational readiness for major milestones by coordinating priorities and deliverables.
โ€ข Maintain documentation and dashboards that give leadership visibility into status, blockers, and next steps.
โ€ข Anticipate risks and propose contingency plans that keep execution on track.
โ€ข Foster a positive, professional, and proactive team environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 4โ€“5 years of professional experience, with at least 2โ€“3 years in operations, project management, or program management.
โ€ข Proven ability to coordinate across multiple time zones (US/APAC preferred).
