Overview
Are you interested in working in the finance industry but not sure if it's the right path for you? This spring, join Susquehanna to learn more about our Operations Team from employees and leaders in our business. Throughout the program, you'll get to learn about how our Operations Analysts problem solve with traders, technologists, and brokerage firms; develop an understanding of how options trading works; and get a sense of our unique culture and work environment.
We will be in touch in late 2026/early 2027 for next steps regarding attendance.
What we're looking for
This opportunity is open to students who are planning to graduate with a Bachelor's degree between December 2028 and May 2029. We are looking for students with a background and interest in any of the following fields/majors:
