Job Description
We're looking for a highly organized and social-savvy Program Manager to support social media programs for a large, high-profile Automotive brand. This role plays a key part in coordinating day-to-day execution, supporting client and internal relationships, and helping deliver bold, data-driven social content across campaigns and always-on programming.
Working on this account is fast-paced, collaborative, and constantly evolving, making it an ideal opportunity for someone with agency experience who is passionate about social media and or automotive brands and eager to grow within large-scale social programs.
Responsibilities
As part of the Social Program Management team, you will partner closely with Client Services and cross-functional teams to support execution of Tier 1 social media campaigns, vehicle reveals and launches, and always-on organic social content. You'll help keep workflows moving, timelines on track, and teams aligned while gaining exposure to large-scale social operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and comfort working across multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
  • Support end-to-end program management for social media initiatives, from intake and briefing through execution and launch
  • Partner with Client Services to support execution of brand priorities and maintain strong day-to-day client relationships
  • Assist with coordination of Tier 1 social campaigns, including vehicle launches and key brand moments
  • Support always-on organic social content, ensuring deliverables stay aligned to timelines and priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, production, media, and analytics
  • Help maintain program plans, timelines, and documentation
  • Track progress, dependencies, and potential risks, escalating when needed
  • Support internal and client status meetings by capturing notes, actions, and next steps
  • Contribute to operational best practices that support efficiency across social workflows

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of project or program management experience, ideally within an agency or integrated marketing environment
  • Experience supporting social media or digital campaigns across multiple workstreams
  • Familiarity with social media content production and campaign workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Clear communicator who works well across teams and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
  • Passion for social media, digital culture, and or automotive brands

Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $96,200.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
