Program Manager - Revenue Operations
The Revenue Programs & Process Optimization Consultant leads execution of multiple high‐priority, VP‐sponsored revenue and sales growth initiatives within the Revenue Operations organization. This role is responsible for building and managing integrated program plans, aligning cross‐functional dependencies, and coordinating business and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
PAY RATE:$75-$100 per hour DOE
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA 30342
Operating as both a Program Manager and Business Analyst, this role partners closely with RevOps leadership and business stakeholders to document current‐state processes, identify opportunities for simplification and improvement, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable effective technology design and implementation.
This is a hands‐on, delivery‐oriented contractor role focused on accelerating progress, improving clarity, and creating durable artifacts that support continuity and adoption beyond the contract period.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Execution

  • Lead execution of multiple concurrent, high‐visibility revenue and sales growth programs sponsored by VP‐level RevOps leadership.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project and program plans outlining scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and success criteria.
  • Identify, align, and actively manage dependencies across initiatives, teams, systems, and release schedules.
  • Track execution progress, ensure deliverables remain on plan, and drive issue resolution in partnership with functional owners.
  • Surface risks, tradeoffs, and decision points early, providing clear options and recommendations to stakeholders.

Cross‐Functional Coordination & Delivery

  • Serve as the central coordination point across:
  • Business leaders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance)
  • Revenue Operations leaders and teams
  • Technology, data, and systems teams
  • Enablement and change execution partners
  • Ensure clarity of ownership, sequencing, and handoffs across all phases of program delivery.
  • Drive alignment on priorities and timing while balancing near‐term execution with longer‐term scalability needs.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Act as a Business Analyst to document:
  • Current‐state and future‐state process flows
  • Business requirements and functional specifications
  • System interactions, assumptions, constraints, and success measures
  • Partner with business and RevOps leaders to assess processes and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and standardization.
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements that reduce ambiguity and enable more efficient technology design and implementation.
  • Ensure process improvements align to revenue outcomes, usability, and operational sustainability.

Communication, Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Drive clear, consistent communication across executives, functional leaders, and delivery teams.
  • Prepare and deliver executive‐level status updates in partnership with RevOps leadership, focused on progress, risks, decisions required, and business impact.
  • Facilitate working sessions and alignment forums to ensure stakeholders understand scope, timelines, and expectations.
  • Partner with Enablement teams to support readiness and handoffs as initiatives move toward rollout and adoption.

Contractor Focus & Transition

  • Maintain a strong focus on execution, momentum, and delivery of defined outcomes.
  • Produce high‐quality documentation, decision logs, and artifacts that enable continuity after program completion.
  • Support smooth transitions of ownership to internal teams where applicable.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross‐functional programs with direct revenue or go‐to‐market impact
  • Strong program and project planning skills, including dependency and risk management
  • Hands‐on experience with business process modeling and requirements documentation
  • Ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort operating in fast‐moving, ambiguous environments with competing priorities
  • Ability to influence through clarity, structure, and facilitation rather than formal authority

Measures of Success

  • On‐time and on‐scope delivery of VP‐sponsored revenue initiatives
  • Clear alignment and coordination across business, RevOps, Tech, and Enablement teams
  • Well‐documented, simplified processes and requirements that support efficient implementation
  • High confidence and trust from RevOps leadership and key stakeholders
  • Durable documentation and handoffs that support downstream adoption
