About the Role:

Sample Supports is seeking a Supported Employment & SCC Manager to lead our Supported Employment and community-based day programs. This position is responsible for overseeing daily program operations, supporting team members, maintaining compliance, and ensuring individuals receive meaningful, person-centered employment and community opportunities.

What You'll Do

    • Lead and oversee Supported Employment and SCC program operations
    • Supervise, support, and develop program team members
    • Ensure services meet quality, documentation, compliance, and billing expectations
    • Coordinate schedules and day-to-day program needs
    • Support individuals in achieving employment, community integration, and personal goals
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and community partners
    • Create meaningful community-based activities and opportunities
    • Support client intake, meet and greets, and RFP responses
    • Maintain compliant client and employee documentation
    • Respond to program needs, challenges, and emergencies as they arise
    • Build a positive, accountable, and team-focused program culture

What We're Looking For

    • Experience in supported employment, vocational services, day programming, human services, or a related field
    • Experience leading or supervising a team
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple program priorities
    • Understanding of person-centered services and working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
    • Ability to meet applicable education and experience requirements for Supported Employment services
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
