Job Summary:

As a Commercial Operations Program Manager, you will lead complex projects, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful project delivery within the Global Infrastructure and Energy organization.
Responsibilities:
• Guide energy agreements through the E2E approval process, ensuring rigorous due diligence, cross-functional (XFN) vetting, and accurate financial estimates in all requests.
• Uphold data integrity within internal systems by collaborating with business stakeholders to drive timely and accurate project updates.
• Drive comprehensive reporting on the energy portfolio including unit cost analysis and monthly/quarterly executive updates to empower strategic negotiators and leadership with the insights needed to optimize agreement value and make strategic decisions.
• Identify operational gaps and bottlenecks in existing processes when applied to new product areas, developing solutions to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable commercialization.
• Manage agreement approval templates, update business process documentation, and provide ad-hoc reporting to support evolving operational needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred:
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with cost benchmarking.
• Experience with executive reporting.
• Experience working with tooling.
