Job Description:

This job is responsible for assisting the Line of Business to deliver on priorities by supporting initiatives and strategies in a two-year rotational program for external veterans. Key responsibilities include supporting teammates and partners to execute and deliver on tactical plans to achieve strategic objectives. Job expectations include leveraging military experience and unique skills to further develop in the corporate environment by partaking in activities designed to foster teamwork, attending program events, and demonstrating Bank of America's vision and culture.

Locations | Dates:

  • Participants must be present in these locations for the duration of the program (No Exceptions) Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX and Jacksonville, FL
  • February and June start dates

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains effective, active working relationships with clients, business partners, team members, or external contacts that are relevant to the line of business.
  • Performs a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another varying in nature depending on workload.
  • Supports numerous activities including, but not limited to project management, data management, statistical analysis, and reporting.
  • Attends Military Development Program events.
  • Participates in projects that may be highly visible and may impact clients and associates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Served as a Junior Military Officer, Warrant Officer or Non-commissioned Officer in the U.S. Military with an honorable discharge and is within 24 months of separation from Active Duty, Currently Drilling National Guard or Reservists are eligible
  • Holds a 3.0 grade point average or greater from an accredited college or university
  • Demonstrates effective leadership, including the ability to coach others
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills
  • Builds strong team relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Applies learnings and adapts to new information
