As a Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end execution of complex automotive Interior, Powertrain, and Thermal products from quotation through to serial production. Operating in a multi-cultural environment, you will bridge the gap between global engineering centers, manufacturing facilities, and North American Customers to ensure on-time delivery, exceptional quality, and budget compliance.

  • Customer Interfacing: Serve as the primary point of contact for applicable Customers, ensuring program deliverables align with their specific expectations, timelines, and technical requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams-including Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, and Plant Operations.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and manage master program timelines, gateways, functional milestones, and budgets, while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all program phases adhere to automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949), engineering change management processes, and APQP/PPAP requirements.
  • Global Collaboration: Facilitate smooth communication and alignment between international sites, respecting and navigating multi-cultural business practices.

What We're Looking For:
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
  • Degree: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Engineering or similar academic major.
  • Continuous Improvement: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Technology Adoption: Experience leveraging AI tools or predictive analytics for automated scheduling, risk forecasting, or program data synthesis.
