Job Summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a visionary AI Program Manager to lead the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence across our enterprise systems—including our proprietary ERP, MES/shop floor control, and supporting applications. This role will champion human-centric, ethical AI that empowers decision-making without replacing people, delivering measurable business outcomes while ensuring compliance with industry standards and corporate values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI program development and deployment, including the design, implementation, and optimization of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by aligning engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of AI initiatives.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive program plans—including timelines, budgets, and resource strategies—to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget.

  • Monitor and report progress by tracking KPIs, risks, and interdependencies, providing clear and actionable updates to senior leadership.

  • Facilitate transparent communication across teams, proactively removing obstacles and ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and deliverables.

  • Continuously refine program management practices by introducing best-in-class processes, tools, and methodologies for AI project execution.

  • Ensure strategic and ethical alignment of all AI solutions with Hyve Solutions’ corporate vision, compliance requirements, and human-centric principles.

  • Design and deliver training programs to equip end-users with the skills and confidence to leverage AI tools effectively.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure impact, capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Champion the integration of AI into ERP, MES/shop floor systems, and supporting applications, ensuring solutions enhance human decision-making rather than replace it

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or related discipline; advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning preferred.

  • Minimum 5-8+ years experience as a program manager

  • Proven experience in program or project management, ideally within software development or AI-driven environments.

  • Hands-on expertise with AI/ML technologies, data analytics, and automation platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Power Automate, AI Builder).

  • Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-scale deployments.

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or AI/ML credentials from Microsoft, Google, IBM, etc., are highly valued.

  • Demonstrated success in implementing or managing AI solutions in enterprise environments.

  • Deep commitment to ethical AI and solutions that prioritize human oversight and decision support.

  • Ability to travel, 2 times per quarter

Salary for Greensville: $77.8K-$101.2K DOE
Salary for Canada: $86,000-$115,500K DOE
