DESCRIPTION

Program Tracking & Reporting​

  • Manage and maintain detailed tracking of part releases, engineering changes, and material certifications.​

  • Develop and update program timing charts, status dashboards, and health reports using JIRA and Confluence.​

  • Identify risks, delays, and dependencies early; communicate impacts and mitigation plans to stakeholders.​

JIRA & Confluence Administration

  • Create and manage program boards, workflows, and dashboards to monitor engineering deliverables.​

  • Ensure consistent documentation and process adherence across teams using Confluence pages and templates.​

Cross-Functional Collaboration​

  • Coordinate between engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on milestones and deliverables.​

  • Facilitate regular status meetings, publish action items, and follow up to ensure completion.​

Communication & Reporting​

  • Prepare concise executive summaries, timing updates, and program health metrics for leadership reviews.​

  • Support data-driven decision-making by maintaining accurate, real-time visibility into project progress.​

REQUIREMENTS 
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.​

  • Experience working in engineering development, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.​

  • Familiarity with part release processes, engineering change management, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.​

  • Knowledge of Agile or Stage-Gate development processes.

  • Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence
  • English (C1-C2)
