About the Role

We are hiring a Hardware Delivery Manager to lead execution of complex hardware initiatives in partnership with Hardware Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance teams. This role focuses on driving delivery rigor, coordination, and transparency across the hardware lifecycle in an outsourced manufacturing environment. This is an execution-focused role for someone who understands the realities of hardware delivery and canoperateeffectively within established governance and escalation structures.

Hardware Delivery Execution
  • Lead delivery planning and execution for assigned hardware programs from concept through launch.

  • Partner closely with Hardware Product to translate roadmap intent into executable delivery plans.

  • Track schedules, dependencies, risks, and key milestones across engineering, manufacturing, andcomplianceworkstreams.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution.

  • Facilitate delivery forums, working sessions, and readiness checkpoints.

  • Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and visibility of delivery status.

Manufacturing & Supplier Coordination
  • Support delivery execution in an outsourced manufacturing environment, working with Asia-based suppliers and partners.

  • Track supplier deliverables, long-lead dependencies, and readiness indicators.

  • Escalate risks and issues through established channels with clear data and recommendations.

Risk & Escalation Support
  • Identifydelivery, supply chain, and compliance risks early.

  • Prepare escalation materials for leadership reviews, including options and mitigation paths.

  • Support recovery planningin the event ofsupplier, schedule, or readiness issues.
