Introduction
The Sponsor is seeking program management support for cyber operations programs. The Contractor will assist the Sponsor with the deployment of technical operational capabilities as well as programmatic strategy development for these complex technical solutions. The work will be performed in a team environment, requiring polished skills in concept development and execution, as well as the ability to manage a moderate, fast-paced workload.
Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience with oversight of IT development teams
  • Demonstrated experience providing technical support and training to a broad client base, both technical and non-technical
  • Demonstrated experience understanding emerging technical trends
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating between technical development teams and operational stakeholders to successfully deploy technology to the field
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integration and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in systems engineering and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience supporting technical IT operations

Highly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience:
