Program Manager Network Integrator (Multiple Positions), Becton Dickinson and Company, Columbus, NE. Optimize the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) network, reduce costs, and make capital investments in key area of molding, ensuring that the business remains competitive and efficient in its operations. Drive technical programs focused on molding and sterilization processes within the ISC network. Drive capital investment initiatives for capacity expansion, and manufacturing new products and line extensions. Lead cross-functional teams to identify risks and mitigations, problem resolutions and root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with site leaders to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Provide technical oversight and align cross-departmental, including demand planning, sourcing, and capacity analysis. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to enhance plant performance, support product launches, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support the execution of architectural and capacity strategies by collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Material Science and Engineering, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience.
Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:
  • Program management from concept through commercialization in the area of molding.
  • Executing initiatives on molding processes;
  • Developing and implementing operational and supply chain strategies;
  • Analyzing supply chain strategies to identify risks and issues and developing recommendations for corrective actions;
  • Cross-functional collaboration to align project goals and strategies; and
  • Scientific molding, extrusion, Design of Experiments (DOE), and process validation.

Must have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Up to 20% domestic and international travel required.
