Location: Spencer, IA

Pay Range: $16.50-$20.00 per hour (depending on experience and education)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm and Friday 7:30am-1:30pm.


About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We're seeking a Psychiatric Clinic Coordinator to provide operational, scheduling, and communication support within our outpatient psychiatry clinic. This role serves as a central point for referrals, patient outreach, and scheduling and communication workflows that support efficient clinic operations and timely access to psychiatric services. The Psychiatric Clinic Coordinator works closely with psychiatric staff to maintain continuity of care, support workflow efficiency, maintain accurate records, coordinate follow-up and outreach processes, facilitate referrals, and support daily clinic operations through effective communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least one year of customer service experience is required
  • At least one year of experience in a medical office role is required
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • An Associate's Degree or some college is preferred but not required
