Job description

The Program Account Coordinator acts as a liaison, facilitating communication and coordination between internal team members, account managers, external agencies, clients, third-party administrators and end customers. This role requires the effective use of database reports and other system technologies to manage and track account activities, ensure accurate information flow and support the seamless execution of daily responsibilities. Other responsibilities include ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the operation. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Become proficient on applications associated with the assigned account and be able to provide support to BELFOR field personnel on these applications.
  • Provide assistance for field offices on completing electronic communication via the client and BELFOR specific applications
  • Detail the fee structure for each account, including the timing of payments and whether fees are deducted from receive payments or invoiced separately to each field office. 
  • Provide assistance for the BELFOR field offices on maintaining their electronic job files 
  • Provide coaching to the BELFOR field offices virtually or via phone sessions
  • Contribute to departmental objectives and provide support to teammates
  • Generate monthly reports using our Job Management system
  • Attend BELFOR sponsored training and safety courses as required
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
  • Limited in-state travel: Account conferences, field meetings, client meetings and account trainings as needed
Experience and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively follow up, organize job timelines and coordinate with both internal and external contacts as needed
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • 2-3 years of computer program/application experience
  • Skilled in working and communicating effectively across various levels of the organization
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and persuasively
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast paced environment through effective prioritization 
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently to complete tasks and address client requests, as well as collaborating with others to leverage resources and achieve high quality solutions 
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safeguarding information and property 
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines to meet specific timeframes
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices

  • Occasional lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted (from 0-15% of the time)
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks
  • The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.
