Our client seeks an Operations Program Manager to join the Experience Operations team supporting Experience Design and SET Agency. The role will own and drive a portfolio of enterprise operational programs spanning AI enablement, employee engagement surveys, cross-functional events, strategic reporting, quarterly PI planning, and process improvements. The ideal candidate operates proactively in ambiguity, builds stakeholder relationships, and delivers clear executive communications and reporting.

Rate: $55.00 to $60.00/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across Experience Design, SET Agency, and cross-functional partners.
  • Maintain program documentation, status reports, and risk assessments for a defined portfolio.
  • AI Enablement: support org-wide AI adoption, coordinate tool evaluations and pilots, build enablement and change communications, and track adoption metrics.
  • Pulse Survey: design, administer, and analyze recurring surveys; synthesize insights; facilitate focus groups; track action items and drive accountability.
  • CX Day: lead end-to-end event planning including logistics, content programming, partner coordination, budget, and post-event evaluations.
  • Integration: manage project plans, reporting, and stakeholder updates to align designers and ensure impactful delivery.
  • Intake Experience: define and standardize intake processes, maintain tools and routing workflows, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Quarterly Reporting: produce operational intelligence with data, health updates, and metrics; author executive-ready narratives and presentations; manage production calendars and reviews.
  • Quarterly PI Planning: align priorities and dependencies, facilitate planning sessions, manage logistics and documentation, and track commitments and risks.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in a large, matrixed enterprise
  • Proven management of enterprise-wide programs across events, engagement, reporting, and change management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent programs with distinct stakeholders and cadences.
  • Executive communication and storytelling skills to deliver clear, concise narratives.
  • End-to-end large-scale event planning and execution experience.
  • Experience designing and managing employee engagement programs, surveys, or culture initiatives.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Proactive, self-directed, entrepreneurial work style.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Monday.com, and MS Project.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including executive-level reports and dashboards.
  • Strong relationship-building across peers, leadership, and cross-functional audiences.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
