This role sits at the intersection of Product, Wealth, Marketing, and Operations-owning execution, driving growth, and turning strategy into real, measurable outcomes.
You'll act as both operator and strategist, someone who can take a concept, build the plan, and drive it across the finish line while keeping stakeholders aligned and outcomes front and center.
Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across SDT and Managed Portfolios, from scoping through execution and post-launch optimization
  • Define timelines, milestones, and success metrics while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, and Wealth teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs (adoption, engagement, AUM, revenue), holding stakeholders accountable to measurable outcomes
  • Translate business priorities into actionable program roadmaps that drive trading and managed portfolio adoption
  • Identify and implement improvements to onboarding, funding, trading, and portfolio enrollment to reduce friction and increase conversion
  • Support the launch of new features, capabilities, and client experiences, ensuring readiness for adoption and measurable impact
  • Continuously refine programs based on performance data, client feedback, and operational insights
  • Analyze client behavior, product performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Develop business cases and ROI frameworks to prioritize initiatives and inform investment decisions
  • Partner with data teams to build dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into performance and trends
  • Deliver clear, actionable recommendations that translate analysis into business impact
  • Prepare and present concise, high-impact updates to senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on SDT and Managed Portfolios, including product mechanics, client segments, and revenue drivers
  • Simplify complex topics into clear narratives that enable fast, confident decision-making
  • Influence stakeholders across levels through strong data-driven storytelling and business judgment

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in program management, product, consulting, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including trading platforms and managed/advisory portfolios
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into insight and action
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a high degree of ownership and accountability

Axos Employee Benefits May Include:
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • Paid Sick Leave, 3 weeks' Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)
  • HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits
  • 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings Plan
  • Employee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed Trading
