Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Comprehensive benefits effective Day 1, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid in increments of $500 at 3, 6, and 12 months (subject to eligibility and attendance requirements).

Position Summary

Production Operators support manufacturing operations at the largest residential water heater facility in the United States. This role involves hands-on production work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components per work instructions
  • Perform robotic and/or manual welding
  • Apply ceramic glass coatings
  • Load/unload tanks from paint systems
  • Operate hand tools (manual and automated)
  • Set up and operate production equipment
  • Follow safety, quality, and work standards

Qualifications
  • 6 months manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work 2nd shift (start times ~2:00 PM; end times up to 1:30 AM)
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods with frequent bending/reaching
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs with or without assistance
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • High School Diploma or GED required
