General Manager - Residential ConstructionAbout the Opportunity

A well-established residential home builder is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead branch operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing construction, sales, financial performance, and administrative functions while driving operational excellence and business growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive experience in custom residential construction, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all branch operations, including construction, sales, and administrative functions.

  • Oversee multiple ground-up custom home projects from planning through completion.

  • Manage and develop construction, sales, and support teams to achieve operational goals.

  • Drive sales performance by supporting new home sales initiatives and customer experience.

  • Oversee branch financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.

  • Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other key partners.

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

  • Implement and improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications
  • Significant leadership experience in custom residential home construction.
