Process Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC/ Jacksonville, FL(Onsite)

Position Summary

Application Management is related to the Application Infrastructure Technology (AIT) for registered applications (AppHq) used within the organization. These applications have a lifecycle and requirements that must be maintained to ensure compliance with Policies and Standards enforced by the organisation. Compliance workstreams are tracked with several corporate metrics. Maintaining this compliance is very much about managing the risk and process for both the day-to-day operations. This role is to review the current workflows and ensure up-to-date documentation and workflow process charts are developed and stored in central repository for reference. The role will also ensure clear RACI charts are published as applicable.

Day to day activities

  • Document current and future state process maps to standardize and maintain end-to-end application management workflows and procedures.
  • Evaluate existing workflow processes to ensure clarity, completeness, and scalability across application governance. Identify gaps.
  • Define and clearly document roles, responsibilities, and ownership across application management activities
  • Explore automation opportunities for workflows
  • Partner with Application Managers, engineering teams, and service management stakeholders to drive process adoption
  • Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems to extract trending for workflows
  • Process data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making
  • Collaborate with data analysts to align reporting, dashboards, and risk analysis outputs
  • Support audit activities by ensuring processes are properly documented and governance standards are met
  • Act as a key influencer to drive alignment and adoption of process improvements across teams

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in process documentation, technical writing, or business process analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in tools (Excel, Power Query, Tableau and similar tools) for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Strong documentation skills using visual mapping methods and document repositories, such as Visio, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Confluence.
  • Strong experience creating clear, structured process documentation and workflow diagrams
  • Ability to manage and work with data across multiple systems and spreadsheet-driven processes
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in complex operational environments
  • Ability to drive clarity and structure in ambiguous or evolving processes
