Process Manager, Incentive Manager - Pulse

The PULSE Network, an integral part of Capital One's financial services and banking network solutions, drives complex, customer-facing implementations, platform modernizations, and seamless onboarding initiatives across a highly regulated global space. To support this rapidly evolving ecosystem, we are seeking a Manager of Process Management to lead a high-performing team dedicated to designing, optimizing, and delivering flawless workflows that eliminate operational friction and scale business efficiency. Collaborating closely with passionate, cross-functional leaders, you will influence strategic outcomes that directly boost the company's bottom line while leveraging data-driven insights to champion data integrity, establish operational benchmarks, and ensure seamless execution across the enterprise.

As the Process Manager for Incentive Operations, you will own the end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of complex reward and rebate calculation workflows for both automated and manual incentives. This role sits at the intersection of financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing high-volume transaction validation, mitigating payout leakage, and leading automation initiatives to transform manual data workflows into scalable, audit-ready operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and validating processes

  • Own the end-to-end design, execution, governance, and optimization of complex reward, volume-based incentive, and rebate calculation workflows for automated and manual incentives.

  • Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness

  • Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes

  • Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues with systems used or owned by a department

  • Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings

  • Managing and leading a team of associates

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in Process management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or MBA

  • Lean certification or Six Sigma certification

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL: $122,100 - $139,400 for Manager, Process Management


Houston, TX: $122,100 - $139,400 for Manager, Process Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
